Guy was in a huge slump on cs and never recovered his peak from 2018. He said so on stream, plenty of times.Īutimatic, I dont think anyone expected anything from him. He also went back to CS because he preferred the game. This is why I believe he went more for passion, than because he couldn't "hang" in val.ĭo you mean autimatic or gobb? Gobb was statistically a decent player on valorant. This is why people were surprised he swapped from val to CS, especially go to a t1 team at the time, and travel. He also said he wanted to travel less because he just had a child a few months before he left. Him staying on val is something he said he liked because CS requires a lot of travel. He was the second best player on 100t at the time with asuna being at his fragging peak. Sadly his team didn't got to playoffs, tho.įirst, I mentioned nitro because statistically he could hang at international level. His first tournament, playing a difficult role and he is top 12, bcz he plays knowing and applying those basic FPS concepts.

He was a tier 2~3 in CSGO back in 2022 and went to 00 nation. Like, WTF!? I don't see a tier 2~3 CSGO player commiting those mistakes and I'm not even trolling. You still see alot of basic mistakes coming from players in tier 1 like overpeeking alone in higher number of alive people (this one is the more frequent and gets me stressed more than others), peeking before the drone/flash/smokes set, picking utility/knife in open angles and other amateur shit like those. His only worry would be to learn the utility and timing. I got your point, but If some guy who is a CSGO tier 1 player nowadays goes to Valorant he will surely at least be better than majority of t1 players aimwise + decision making.
